Job description

  • Understand the needs of foreign customers, especially Japanese customers.

  • Learn, research about the company's products and services to introduce, advise and answer questions for customers.

  • Consulting, negotiating with customers on prices, contracts, closing orders and supporting customers to sign contracts.

  • Confidently offer to many different types of foreign customers.

  • After-sales customer care, maintaining relationships with existing customers.

  • Actively looking for new business opportunities in the market, expanding and developing business relationships with foreign partners, especially Japanese customers.

  • Understanding of business performance metrics.

  • Proficient in work organization and time management skills.

  • Work with product development team to build products/services that best meet customer needs .

  • Making reports to superiors on business progress and results; customer needs, problems, concerns; competitor's activities and potential in product/service business development

  • Support the implementation of the company's business projects to foreign partners.

  • Advising the Board of Directors in developing business plans and plans for the Company when needed;

  • Working with Japanese partners and customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualification: College or university, no major required;

  • Experience: More than 5 years of experience working in a Japanese company.

  • Ability to work independently, problem-solving, planning, evaluation control, teamwork, decision-making;

  • Good communication skill;

  • Understanding the product of company, markets and Japanese partners;

  • Fluent in Japanese;

  • Candidates must be fluent in Japanese and work well with Japanese personnel at the company;

  • Candidates who have been trained in Japan or have experience working for Japanese companies is an advantage;
