- Graduated from University or above;
- Major: Civil Construction/ Industrial Construction/ Bridges and Roads/ Related disciplines;

- Sense of responsibility, carefulness, diligence, enthusiasm and sociability;
- Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
